Our Office Policies

New Patients – Your first visit is a “welcome to our practice” visit. We understand that sometimes patients want to “check out” an office before they spend time and money there. On your first visit, we will do an exam and take necessary x-rays.  This provides us with the information we need to create a treatment plan. We will then provide this written plan to you with options and cost. We will answer all questions and address your concerns before we begin scheduling appointments. We will do everything possible to make your dental experience a pleasant one.

Emergency Patients – Our goal is to see emergencies as soon as possible to eliminate discomfort. Usually, we can get patients seen the same day.

Insurance Patients – It is important that we have current insurance information available so we may accurately estimate your benefits at the time of service. As a convenience to you, we will accept insurance payments from your insurance company, but since there is a delay in payment, we do expect your estimated portion to be paid at your appointment.

Cancelled appointments – In an effort to eliminate wasted time for all patients, we ask that you give us 24-48 hours of advance notice if you need to change your appointment. By giving this notice, you enable us to offer that time to others who are waiting to schedule and you are helping us keep costs down by minimizing wasted time.
